COMMON QUESTIONS

ASHRAE 62.1 requires 8.5 L/s per person plus 1 L/s/m² of office floor area as a minimum. Our designs always exceed minimum code requirements to support productivity and wellbeing.
In hot and humid climates like Delhi, enthalpy-based energy recovery wheels are highly effective at pre-conditioning hot humid outdoor air before it enters the AHU, reducing the cooling coil load significantly and improving humidity control.
Pressure cascade is maintained by precisely balancing supply and exhaust airflow in each zone, with differential pressure transducers feeding back to VAV damper controllers. We design to ±0.5 Pa tolerance for pharmaceutical clean rooms.
