INVISIBLE HVAC, PERFECT
COMFORT
COMFORT
Ductable and cassette systems deliver central air conditioning without the visual clutter of exposed equipment. We design around your ceiling architecture using CFD airflow modelling to ensure uniform temperature distribution, meet acoustic requirements, and integrate seamlessly with lighting and fire protection.

WHAT WE DELIVER
Custom Ductwork Design
Sheet metal ductwork sized and balanced using ASHRAE duct design methods. CFD modelling for diffuser placement and throw pattern verification.
4-Way Cassette Units
Flush ceiling-mounted cassettes with 360° airflow pattern. Auto-swing louvres, condensate lift pumps, and wireless zone control.
High-Static Ducted Units
High-static concealed units for open-plan offices and retail spaces with long duct runs. Available with fresh air intake and optional HEPA filtration.
Acoustic Design
Flexible duct connections, acoustic lining, and attenuator sizing to achieve target NC/NR ratings for offices, meeting rooms, and hospitality spaces.
Zoned Comfort Control
Individual zone temperature control via wired or wireless thermostats, BMS integration, and occupancy-based setback for energy savings.
Architectural Coordination
We coordinate ceiling-level design with architects, interior designers, and structural engineers using Revit MEP BIM models to avoid clashes.

── FAQ
COMMON QUESTIONS
What is the difference between a ducted unit and a cassette?
A ducted unit is concealed above the ceiling and distributes air through a ductwork system to multiple diffusers. A cassette unit is also ceiling-mounted but discharges air directly from its face in up to four directions without ductwork. Cassettes are simpler and less expensive; ducted units offer more flexibility in airflow distribution and filtration.
How do you ensure even temperature across a large open-plan office?
We use CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software to model the airflow pattern from each diffuser, accounting for furniture layouts, heat gains, and thermal stratification. Diffuser type, throw, and velocity are adjusted to achieve <1°C variation across the occupied zone.
