COMMON QUESTIONS

An HVACR AMC typically covers maintenance of air conditioning systems (split/central ACs, chillers, AHUs), ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment. It includes routine servicing, inspections, and minor repairs to keep systems running efficiently. Coverage of spare parts and major repairs depends on whether it’s a comprehensive or non-comprehensive AMC.
A comprehensive (CAMC) contract covers both labour and spare parts. A non-comprehensive (NAMC) contract covers only labour; parts are charged additionally. For critical systems like data centre cooling or pharmaceutical cold rooms, we strongly recommend CAMC to avoid delays waiting for part approvals.
 
Our standard emergency SLA is on-site within 2 hours for Chandigarh & North India. For remote sites, we agree response times during contract negotiation and may pre-position spare parts at your facility to reduce downtime.
